Hijau444 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and hijau444 ("Platform", "We", or "hijau444") governing your use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by hijau444.

By registering an account, accessing the hijau444 website, using the mobile app, or participating in any game or promotion offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable game rules.

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. hijau444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) purposes.

Your hijau444 account is for your personal use only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. hijau444 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your account information to a third party.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
• Log out of your account when using a shared device
• Notify hijau444 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Any activity carried out through your account prior to hijau444 receiving a report of unauthorised access will be deemed as authorised by you. hijau444 will not refund any losses resulting from the irresponsible disclosure of your password.

Hijau444 supports a variety of popular and secure payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. hijau444 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made by or on behalf of another person will be returned (minus transaction costs) and the account in question may be suspended pending investigation.

Hijau444 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following terms and procedures apply to all members:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account in the member's name
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved
• hijau444 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals exceeding RM5,000
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements
• Funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered may be subject to review prior to withdrawal

Hijau444 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the account will be investigated and the member will be informed of the outcome within 14 business days.

• Bonuses are only eligible for one claim per member, per promotion, unless otherwise stated
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal is permitted
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage tactics are serious violations that may result in account closure
• Hijau444 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if there is reasonable suspicion of eligibility abuse or fraud
• Bonuses have an expiry date as stated in the terms of the relevant promotion
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated

All games on hijau444 — including slots, Live Casino, poker, blackjack, e-sports, and badminton betting — are subject to their own specific rules available within the platform. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent international bodies
• Game results are final once a round or bet has been completed
• Technical failures occurring during an active round will be resolved in accordance with hijau444's technical failure policy
• Any game-related disputes must be reported within 72 hours of the incident
• Decisions made by the hijau444 support team in disputes are final

For Sports Betting (e-sports, badminton, Malaysia Super League, EPL, etc.), all bets are considered valid once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled after a match has started, unless the event is postponed or cancelled by the organiser. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded to your account balance within 24 hours.

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all hijau444 members, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in serious disciplinary action:

• Use of automation software, bots, or unauthorised third-party tools
• Collusion or secret cooperation between players to exploit games or bonuses
• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity
• Money laundering through repeated deposit and withdrawal activity without meaningful gameplay
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors for unfair advantage
• Use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions or platform policies
• Any form of threat, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at the hijau444 support team

A hijau444 account may be closed or suspended for any of the following reasons:

• At the member's request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting hijau444's customer support team. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.
• Self-exclusion: For responsible gambling purposes, you may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1–180 days) or a permanent one.
• Breach of terms: hijau444 reserves the right to close any account that violates any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud or illegal activity: Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent or illegal activity will be closed immediately.
• Inactive: Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure in accordance with current policy.

Hijau444 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the hijau444 website, unless a specific effective date is stated otherwise.
